How To Pay
Credit Cards Accepted

Exploration Design Studio-Xds accepts credit card payments by US bank-issued VISA, MasterCard and Discover. All prices shown throughout our wesbite and in our secure shopping cart are in US Dollars. Likewise, all payments to us must be in US Dollars Your credit card statement will show the transaction as doing business with Xds located in North Wales, PA.

Custom orders generally require a 50% non-refundable deposit before undertaking the project. Special-order items may require a non-refundable deposit of up to 50%. We will contact to you to discuss deposits and methods of payments for these special transactions. For your convenience, we have a section of our shopping cart that may be utilized to securely transmit confidential payment information to us. We will contact you to provide the instructions and links to that section if the need arises.

Other Payment Methods Accepted

In addition to credit cards, Exploration Design Studio-Xds accepts checks, money orders, International money orders and Western Union Money Transfers.

All transactions must be payable in US Dollars.

Customers outside of the 48 contiguous states must first contact us for Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges.

International Customers must contact us first so we can research your International Shipping, Handling and Insurance requirements and costs; customs regulations and restrictions; and, to help estimate any tariffs, duties taxes and/or fees required by your country which are payable by you as the receiver of goods. In most cases, we will respond within 1 to 2 business days. We’ll work to get your package to you in an economical and timely manner.

Allow for additional time to mail these to us and for clearance by our bank. Use our secure shopping cart and click on the option to "mail" your order to us -- a printable order form will appear on your screen when you go to check-out. Send the order form and your payment to:

Additional Times For Each Non-Credit Card Payment Method:

1. Personal Check (US Customers ONLY)


Checks must clear at our bank prior to shipment. This may take 4 to 10 business days after we receive it.

2. Bank-issued Check (US Customers ONLY)

Your bank will issue a check after you transfer the money to them. This service may be free-of-charge or at a nominal cost to you as one of their customers. Checks must clear at our bank prior to shipment. This may take 3 to 5 business days after we receive it.
 
3. Money Order (US Customers ONLY)

US-issued Money Orders may be obtained at convenience stores, your bank, or at US Western Union Agent Locations for a low fee. You will be issued a money order certificate that you must mail to us. The money order must clear at our bank prior to shipment. This may take 3 to 5 business days after we receive it.

4. International Money Order (International Customers ONLY)


International Money Orders may be obtained for a fee at your bank or at your local Western Union Agent Location. You will be issued an International money order certificate that you must mail to us. The International money order must clear at our bank prior to shipment. This may take 3 to 5 business days after we receive it.

International Customers interested in Western Union International Money Orders should click on the logo below to find a local Agent Location. If you get “stuck in a particular country” at any time on the Western Union website, scroll down to the bottom of any page and click on the “Select Another Country” link in small printing.

5. Western Union Money Transfer Services (US and International)

Western Union Money Transfers are an easy, reliable, and convenient electronic method to send money almost instantaneously throughout the US and internationally. They reduce the time it takes for you to send your payment to us --- and for us to begin shipment to you! There are security measures undertaken by both the sender and the receiver to assure that the intended recipient picks up the funds.

It may take Exploration Design Studio-Xds from overnight-to-1 or 2 days to pick up the funds at any one of our Agent Locations and clear it through our bank.

Agent Locations are usually in retail establishments such as pharmacies, grocery stores, and Mailbox centers. But the good news is that many of you can do a Western Union Money Transfer on-line!


For security reasons, Exploration Design Studio-Xds will contact you to discuss any Western Union Money Transfer method. We’ll guide you through the steps to order from our website and can assist you in understanding the convenient Western Union Money Transfer process.

  • Western Union On-line Money Transfers must be done with US bank-issued VISA or MasterCard credit or debit cards.

    Canadian residents must use Canadian bank-issued VISA or MasterCard credit or debit cards on-line using the Western Union Canadian webpage.

  • Western Union Telephone Money Transfers must be done with US bank-issued Discover, VISA, or MasterCard credit or debit cards by calling 1-800-CALL-CASH.

    Canadian residents must use Canadian bank-issued VISA or MasterCard credit or debit cards. Ask for the Western Union Canadian Division when you telephone 1-800-CALL-CASH.

  • Western Union Money Transfers initiated by you in-person at your local Agent Location in the US or internationally must be cash transactions.

  • You may speak directly with a Western Union customer representative by calling 1-800-325-6000. Or, you may visit the Western Union website for more information, to estimate the fees, and to use their on-line services at:
