All items placed in The Xds Jewelry Store shopping cart and all information required on our ordering form are handled via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology provided by SecureNetShop. The secure ordering form is provided for your convenience and to ensure that all information is handled confidentially.
When you are ready to purchase your items, you will be taken to a secure website where you will determine how to transmit your order to Xds. You may choose to securely transmit your order to us via the Internet. Or, you may choose to simply print out the order form and mail, fax or phone your order directly to Xds.
After you are done shopping, you may easily return to the Exploration Design Studio-Xds website by clicking on the link that appears in the lower left area of the screen.
We know the hectic schedules many people keep. If you get busy and need to return later to complete your order, you will be pleased to learn that you may easily continue your shopping! Our secure shopping software will keep shopping cart items on file for approximately 5 days.
Whether you submit your order to Xds by mail, fax, phone or securely transmit over the Internet, that is your Freedom of Choice!
Your credit card statement will list transactions as occurring with the business "Xds".
Persons under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian's consent to order from our website. These orders must be faxed or mailed to us with an authorizing signature.

Continental United States Customers
We use US Postal Services Priority Mail on most orders shipped within the continental United States. You'll receive an email confirming that your order has been placed. You can expect standard delivery on in-stock items within 5 to 9 days from the time we process your order. If any of the items you ordered are not in stock, you'll be promptly notified by another email or by phone of our anticipated shipment date.
Our shipping fees include insurance and handling charges. We inspect, clean and polish your jewelry, and when appropriate, we wrap the jewelry to protect it before we place it in a gift box. We add bubble wrap and ship in sturdy cartons... we want your purchase to arrive undamaged.

Expedited FedEx delivery is available at additional charges. For orders with subtotals greater than $800.00 USD, please use the "Special Ship" option and we'll contact you with your shipping charges. We'll work with you to get your high value order when you need it using an economical shipping, handling and insurance method for your needs. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your best shipping options.
Your shipping address must be verifiable. For your protection, credit card orders valued at $200+ can be shipped only to the address associated with your credit card. If you wish to receive your pacakge at an alternate address, please notify your credit card company prior to placing your order.
For security reasons, all shipments must be signed for by the person accepting the package. All credit card shipments of $500+ must be signed for by the Cardholder.

International orders are accepted in US Dollars by International Money Orders or Western Union Money Transfers. Full payment must be received by us prior to shipment. Please contact us for information on your International shipping, handling and insurance fees.
International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs, duties, or import fees which are levied once the package reaches your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and can only estimate what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Most of our International packages will weigh 2 pounds or less because we pack them well to survive the multiple shipping carriers involved. In some countries, this weight classification may exempt them from declaration. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from Xds, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Return Policy
Please contact us promptly for return authorizations and instructions. You will receive a store credit (minus original shipping, handling, and insurance charges) provided the item is not damaged from misuse, abuse or neglect. Return charges are the responsibility of the customer and shipments should be insured for your protection. Please allow 2 weeks for issuance of store credit. All custom and customized and special order items are not returnable.
